Responsibilities
Ensure robust software update support for all consumer/commercial vehicles by proactively managing software updates and anomalies across Rivian’s global fleet
Assist and track OTA software update campaigns and associated processes across Rivian’s global fleet
You will deploy, design, and implement analytics solutions using technology and deploy innovative offerings that facilitate fleet health user experience for software updates
Responsible for predicting, testing, and validating OTA and vehicle telematics solutions, end to end in partnership with Rivian Engineering and other teams
Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, design to onboard and validate new OTA integrations, solutions, and features prior to releasing to production
Perform data analysis to maintain and monitor fleet health across the Rivian fleet
Qualification
Required
3+ years working as technical/operations engineer within the IoT, fleet management/ wireless/networking, or connected car/EV industries
Experience with IoT solutions that involve complex OTA campaigns, fleet management software lifecycle management
Experience with automated data analysis and Big Data platforms (Databricks or Snowflake/Redshift)
Experience with scripting in Python/PySpark, JavaScript or automation in similar languages
Experience writing SQL queries to support business intelligence objectives
Strong cross-functional experience with engineering, design, and service/customer support
Preferred
Experience with AWS/cloud technologies, CI/CD pipelines
