Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, models, and analytics solutions using Python, SQL, and Databricks
Perform statistical analysis and advanced analytics to support operational and strategic decision-making
Develop dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, or MSS
Integrate and model data from multiple government and enterprise systems
Translate functional and mission requirements into technical solutions
Support data automation, ETL processes, and architecture initiatives
Collaborate with government stakeholders and technical teams to conduct reviews and briefings
Prepare and deliver concise, executive-level presentations and documentation
Operate effectively in dynamic, mission-driven environments while managing multiple priorities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
0–5 years of relevant experience (aligned to Analyst IV/V levels)
2+ years of experience with Python and SQL
2+ years of experience with data visualization tools (Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, MSS, or similar)
Experience with data engineering, data modeling, and ETL methodologies
Understanding of data automation principles
Experience working with government systems (e.g., ADVANA, SharePoint, BLADE, MSS, Palantir Foundry)
Ability to support technical reviews and client engagements
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Active Secret clearance
Preferred
Experience supporting Department of Defense or Navy organizations
Familiarity with DoD data environments and governance frameworks
Experience with Databricks, Trifacta, or similar platforms
Background in data science, UX/UI design, or systems engineering
Experience briefing senior military or government leadership
Ability to work independently in ambiguous or evolving environments
