Supervisory Administrative/Technical Specialist

Responsibilities

You will oversee all aspects of the CMPP, to include managing the investigation of all instances of counterfeit and suspect counterfeit material within NSWC-PHD as well as reporting and documentation as governed by appropriate policy
You will Oversees developing, collecting, analyzing and routinely reporting metrics that describe the success or challenges associated with the intake or exclusion of counterfeit material as it pertains to NSWC-PHD
You will direct the execution of the STILO in providing Intelligence support to engineering, technology solutions, and life-cycle management of NSWC PHD programs
You will maintain effective communication flow to keep abreast and disseminate pertinent intelligence and technological developments that impact on the command's mission, assigned programs and projects
You will manage the submission of scientifically relevant production requirements to the intelligence community for threat support and interpret technical language and translate it to match relevant intelligence resources to customer requirements

Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required
You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector
Specialized experience must demonstrate performing complex management and program analysis involving sensitive federal programs, including SAP/SCI environments, requiring interpretation and application of security, financial, and program management policies across multiple functional areas
