Responsibilities

Architect agent workflows (planning, memory, tool-use, multi-step execution, retries)

Build robust tool/function calling and orchestration (APIs, queues, workflows)

Implement RAG + enterprise context to make agents contextual and accurate

Create evaluation harnesses, monitoring, and safety controls to reach enterprise-grade quality

Optimize latency/cost while maintaining high-quality reasoning and actionability

Qualification

Required

5-6 years of Strong engineering skills in Python, APIs, and distributed systems fundamentals

Hands-on with LLM apps: tool calling, RAG, prompt engineering, structured outputs

Familiarity with agent frameworks/orchestration (LangGraph/LangChain/OpenAI Agents SDK, etc.)

Experience shipping production systems with testing, telemetry, and reliability in mind

Great Experience with AI Tools (Vercel, Claude Code, Cusror.ai, Bolt, Figma.ai, Github Copilot, Antigravity)

Preferred

Bonus: multi-agent patterns, workflow engines, vector DBs, eval frameworks, MLOps
