Manufacturing Test Engineering Manager

Responsibilities
Apply Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) fundamentals and collaborate with teams to help them understand and apply RCCA tools and principles and analyze/understand failure to resolve issues
Define and execute data collection activities for high complexity technical issues
Drive process design, optimization, and qualification activities of a manufacturing process for a component, part, or product
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
10 years of experience in Test Engineering in electronics manufacturing
5 years of experience with Test Strategy Development in Manufacturing
Experience developing and integrating manufacturing test hardware using custom electronics, fixturing, and instrumentation
Preferred
Master's degree or PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or a related engineering field
12 years of experience in Manufacturing, Quality, or Product Engineering for hardware technology and systems
Experience in technical leadership, project management, and executive communication
