Qualification
Required
Proficiency in providing Technical Support and resolving customer queries
Experience in Software Development for programming and optimizing CNC applications
Knowledge of Electrical Engineering principles related to CNC/EDM machinery
Understanding of Mechanical Engineering concepts for machine design and functionality
Ability to conduct rigorous Testing and troubleshooting to enhance system performance
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment with occasional travel
Preferred
Prior experience in CNC or manufacturing industries is highly desirable
Relevant technical certifications or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field, is preferred
