Management Analyst

They are seeking a Management Analyst who will be responsible for developing analytical methodologies to enhance organizational efficiency, conducting organizational studies, and mentoring junior analysts.

Responsibilities

Conducting organizational studies and evaluations to identify areas for improvement
Designing and implementing systems and procedures that streamline operations and enhance efficiency
Performing work simplification and measurement studies to optimize workflows and resource utilization
Preparing detailed operations and procedures manuals that serve as guides for management and staff
Leading efforts to develop analytical frameworks and methodologies, supporting strategic decision-making processes
Overseeing and mentoring junior staff and other team members, ensuring the application of consistent analytical techniques
Collaborating with various stakeholders, including program managers and technical teams, to ensure project objectives are met effectively
Staying informed about relevant policies and regulations, translating them into actionable recommendations to improve program performance

Required

Bachelor's degree (BS or BA)
An Associate's degree (AS or AA) combined with an additional four years of relevant experience may be substituted
An eight-year equivalent of experience can replace a Bachelor's degree
At least four years of professional experience as an analyst in program management, technical, or business analysis disciplines
Two years of experience must include supporting NAVAIR programs or offices
Demonstrated knowledge of SECNAV, OPNAV, and OSD policies and documentation related to the management and operation of Department of Navy Systems Commands
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to perform periodic twisting, bending, and squatting
Ability to obtain a security clearance at the Secret level
US citizenship required to qualify
