Responsibilities
Cleaning homes and buildings, including those which have had fire or water damage, mold or other conditions
Working with management to ensure facilities checklist and work orders are fully understood and completed
Providing leadership to the Restoration Specialists and oversight on the restoration and cleaning jobs
Supporting the Production Manager and the estimating process
Enforcing job safety and professionalism
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of construction and building materials
2 years of previous restoration experience (for Lead Restoration Specialist)
Detail-oriented and personable
Proven reliability
Must be able to lift 80 lbs
Comfort working in a fast pace, emergency response environment
Must hold a valid driver license
The Lead will need to hold or have the ability to achieve a IICRC certification within 6 months of hire
Criminal Background check and Driving Record check will be conducted on final candidates for both positions
Preferred
A background in landscaping, carpentry or concrete is helpful!
