Overseeing clinical and operational functions of the medical group
Partnering with the Medical Director to ensure quality care, regulatory compliance, and efficient operations
Implementing policies that support productivity, financial performance, and organizational growth aligned with the mission and goals
Schedule flexibility, including occasional evenings and weekends
Working more than 40 hours per week
Qualification
Required
5+ years clinical or medical office management experience, preferably in ambulatory care
Knowledge of clinic operations, grant administration, and fiscal management
Ability to travel between facilities (approx. 10%) and for occasional extended events
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills
Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations
Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, Social Work, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Valid California driver's license and proof of insurance
