Qualification
Required
2 years of customer service experience in a call center is required

Responsible for work with customers to solve problems
Preferred
HS Diploma or GED
Fluent in Spanish, both written and verbal
Healthcare industry experience a plus
Medical background helpful
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
