They are seeking a creative and organized Growth & Content Builder to help build their brand through content creation and marketing efforts, while also growing their presence in the e-commerce community.

Responsibilities
Create and post content for Frankly Fulfillment’s social channels and the owner’s professional social profiles on a consistent basis
Come on-site regularly to capture photos and videos in the warehouse
Plan, film, and edit short-form videos and posts for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
Maintain a consistent posting cadence, brand voice, and content calendar
Create and send marketing emails to current customers and prospective customers
Assist with simple outreach and follow-up campaigns
Research and recommend smaller, regional, high-ROI trade shows and events
Help coordinate attendance and exhibiting
Assist in organizing local Cincinnati e-commerce networking events
Create and update marketing decks, one-pagers, flyers, and digital assets as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong interest in marketing, content creation, or social media
Comfortable filming, photographing, and editing content
Strong writing skills
Organized, proactive, and self-directed
Comfortable working on-site in a warehouse environment
Preferred
Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or startups is a plus, but not required
