Wayfinding Jr Designer

As a Junior Designer, you will engage in research and design processes to create innovative solutions for navigational challenges in various environments.

Responsibilities
Conduct research and analysis, then collect findings into organized documentation that is presentable and actionable
Conceptualize unique and creative solutions that solve complex informational, visual, and navigational problems
Develop functional and aesthetically beautiful 2D and 3D design for typographic layouts, environmental graphics, and sign structures
Prepare sign programming using sign location plans, messaging, and sign schedules
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate degree in communication or graphic design, industrial design, experience design, architecture, digital media, urban design, or comparable field
Zero to one+ years of experience in wayfinding, information design, industrial design, architecture or a related field
Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of 3D design programs (SketchUp, Solidworks, Rhino, Revit, BIM, ACAD) a plus
Creative, analytical and curious mindset
Ability to collaborate with an international team in different time zones
Excellent communication skills, on-line, in writing and in person
Positive, friendly and eager to take on any challenge, large or small
Proactive approach, ability to meet deadlines and strive for the best result
