Project Superintendent
Myers & Sons Construction is a Heavy Civil Construction Company specializing in large infrastructure projects. They are seeking a Project Superintendent to manage a significant alternative delivery project in Los Angeles County, focusing on the construction of bus lanes and ensuring safety and financial performance on site.
Responsibilities
Manage self-perform crews
Manage & maintain construction yards
Manage subcontractors & scheduling subs
Ensure work performed per Plans/Specs
Review & approve craft timecards
Document work progress
JHAs & tailgate meetings
Work On Site to help solve problems that occur during construction
Implement all applicable Safety Programs
Qualification
Required
10+ Years of Experience in managing and running crews on highway, street and road projects in California
Experienced dealing with subcontracts, subcontractors and self-perform work
Excellent organizational, team management, problem solving, motivational skills
