This role is critical in shaping the architecture and technical direction of a new platform designed to improve care coordination and population health for senior care programs.

Responsibilities
Drive technical decisions, write high-quality code, review PRs, and mentor engineers
Work closely with Product Management and UX teams to translate user stories into scalable solutions
Establish best practices, manage technical debt, and contribute to the technical roadmap
Partner with Support and Product teams to resolve bugs and enhance user experience
Coach and guide junior engineers for growth and success
Qualification
Required
Strong experience as a Senior Software Engineer or Tech Lead in full-stack web applications (TypeScript/React)
Skilled in architecture, design, and scaling web applications
Familiarity with MongoDB/NoSQL and secure coding practices
Previous experience in healthcare or other high-security industries
Preferred
Proven leadership experience in engineering teams
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
