Responsibilities
Install, configure, and manage network infrastructure including LANs, WANs, wireless networks, and firewalls
Ensure network security and compliance with IT policies, PCI, and SOX
Troubleshoot network problems, collaborating with ISPs or vendors as necessary
Maintain comprehensive network documentation and perform network performance monitoring and tuning
Support 24x7 network infrastructure, participating in on-call rotation
Qualification
Required
Profound knowledge of PAN Firewall and Cisco Networking
Proven experience with SDWAN and wireless network management
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for network analysis
Experience working in a Retail/eCommerce organization or a fast-paced, highly virtualized environment
Exceptional communication skills
Deep understanding of network infrastructure
Ability to work effectively with cross-departmental teams for troubleshooting, installation, and configuration of network systems
