Responsibilities
Daily distribution of reports and forms
Answer guest inquiries in person, via telephone and e-mail
Responds to Catering leads
File and keep track of departmental files
Manages inventory of collateral materials and office supplies
Assists department managers with site visits, internal meetings and events
Maintains and support service commitment and core values
Qualification
Required
Must have typing skills and computer training (Word, Excel, Microsoft Office)
Must be able to communicate with proper grammar in English
Provide legible and detailed communication
Excellent telephone and organizational skills
Ability to multi task and prioritize assignments
Knowledge of Microsoft word and Excel
Must have professional demeanor and have a friendly 'can-do' attitude
Must be able to lift minimum weight of 20lbs
Capable of working consecutive and flexible hours
75% - Sitting for office work
25% - Stands during shift
Preferred
Past hotel operations and administrative experience preferred
Clear interest or experience in Conference Services or Events is helpful
2 or 4 year College undergraduate degree preferred
Helpful to have Experience with Salesforce and Agilisys / Versa
