Responsibilities
Providing advanced technical financial analyses and reporting to support organizational decision-making and forecasting
Developing predictive models, automating financial processes, and enhancing reporting dashboards to improve division performance
Managing a variety of programmatic projects, business plans, and cost/benefit analyses, as well as participating in annual budget development by integrating historical trends, industry insights, and financial data
Assisting with month-end close procedures, preparing journal entries, and researching variances to budget
Contributing to financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders, including monthly operations meetings and annual audits
Conducting research, analyzing data using statistical methods, and creating tools to improve financial and clinical metrics
Creating and refining financial scorecards, benchmarking projects, and forecasting capabilities by streamlining data from systems such as Workday and EMR software
Analyzing operational and financial performance, forecasting detailed month-end, quarter-end, and year-end estimates, and facilitating knowledge transfer to team members and management
Developing insights and solutions to financial challenges, identifying process improvement opportunities, and ensuring data integrity
Developing forecasting tools, reviewing and improving existing dashboards, and maintaining auditable backup documentation
Researching technological advancements in data visualization and reporting, ensuring high-quality data collection and proper procedures for database management
Ensuring confidentiality and maintaining compliance with HIPAA policies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Proven proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, and financial software applications
Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related areas
Strong communication, reporting, and presentation skills
Ability to work with large datasets and develop financial models
Technical proficiency in Word, Excel, Windows, and email platforms
Exhibit strategic thinking and organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
Preferred
A concentration in accounting, finance, or data analysis
Familiarity with Workday and Electronic Medical Records software
