Own the company’s global risk and insurance programs
Oversee claims and loss control initiatives
Serve as the primary internal expert on risk mitigation across the enterprise
Qualification
Required
12+ years of progressive experience in enterprise risk management, corporate insurance, claims management, or closely related disciplines
Demonstrated experience working within mid-market to large enterprises ($100M+ revenue to Fortune 500 environments)
Significant hands-on experience overseeing claims, implementing loss control programs, and managing third-party vendors
Prior people management experience required; ability to mentor and develop a lean, high-impact team
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field strongly preferred (or equivalent professional experience)
Prior exposure to alternative risk financing, self-insurance, or captive structures is highly desirable
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
