Responsibilities
Lead and oversee BLACK CREEK WEALTH MANAGEMENT’s global financial strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate vision, growth objectives, and fiduciary standards
Establish strong governance, internal controls, and financial oversight frameworks across the organization
Ensure compliance with regulatory, tax, audit, and reporting requirements across jurisdictions
Provide financial stewardship and transparency to executive leadership, board members, and stakeholders
Develop and lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis processes
Implement KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems linking financial performance to strategic goals
Provide data-driven insights to support executive decision-making and capital allocation
Monitor profitability, cost efficiency, and operating leverage across business lines
Oversee capital management, liquidity planning, and funding strategies to support growth initiatives
Support investment decisions related to technology platforms, advisory expansion, and strategic partnerships
Optimize financial structures to enhance scalability and long-term enterprise value
Evaluate financial risks and opportunities related to new markets, services, and business models
Build scalable finance operations supported by automation, data analytics, and fintech tools
Improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency
Partner with technology and operations teams to align systems with financial management needs
Drive modernization of finance infrastructure in line with the company’s fintech vision
Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and COO on growth, investments, pricing, and expansion initiatives
Support M&A evaluation, partnership structuring, and strategic transactions
Provide financial modeling and scenario planning for new initiatives and market opportunities
Translate financial complexity into clear, actionable insights for leadership
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance and accounting organization
Foster collaboration between finance, advisory, technology, and operations teams
Develop talent pipelines, succession plans, and financial leadership capabilities
Champion a culture of accountability, transparency, and operational excellence
Qualification
Required
20+ years of progressive leadership experience in finance within financial services, fintech, wealth management, or advisory environments
Proven success in building and scaling finance functions in regulated and growth-oriented organizations
Strong understanding of financial governance, capital strategy, and operational finance in advisory-led businesses
Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, reporting, compliance, and executive financial strategy
Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
Preferred
CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred
