They are seeking an experienced Automotive Interior Repair and Touch Up Technician responsible for performing automotive interior cosmetic repairs to dealership and OEM standards.

Responsibilities

Perform automotive interior touch-up and cosmetic repairs

Execute precise interior color matching and blending

Repair vinyl, leather, plastic, trim, seats, door panels, dashboards, and consoles

Restore cigarette burns, scuffs, scratches, cracks, and minor tears

Use interior dyes, repair compounds, fillers, and refinishing systems

Inspect repairs to ensure quality and minimal rework

Maintain mobile tools, materials, and professional setup

Travel between assigned dealership locations

Communicate repair status with management

Required

Proven experience in automotive interior repair or interior reconditioning

Strong skills in color matching and cosmetic refinishing

Experience repairing vinyl, leather, and plastic materials

High attention to detail and finish quality

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred

2+ years interior repair, reconditioning, or detailing

Dealership, body shop, auction, or mobile reconditioning background

Familiarity with OEM interior materials and textures

High-volume dealership or auction environment experience

Automotive Interior Reconditioning Technician (vinyl, leather, and plastic repair; color matching; cosmetic restoration)

Mobile Interior Repair or Cosmetic Repair Technician supporting dealership environments

Dealership Recon or High-Volume Detail Department Experience
