Responsibilities
Schedule and track projects for Technicians, Auditors, Account Managers, and Program/Operations staff
Tracking and verifying program paperwork, files, and correspondence
Payment processing
Data entry, gathering and tracking data, and assuring data quality
Export predesigned reports
Attend staff meetings and other program support
Complete special projects
Qualification
Required
Highly organized with close attention to detail
Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms to manage data and workflows
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Successful candidates will reside in Indiana or the Mid-West to be considered for the role
