Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for IT support via help desk tickets, phone, and email
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues (PCs, printers, scanners, phones)
Support Microsoft 365, Intune-managed devices, and approved business applications
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including account setup and equipment provisioning
Support basic network connectivity issues and escalate complex issues as needed
Maintain accurate documentation of tickets, resolutions, and IT inventory
Assist with technology rollouts, clinic migrations, and IT-related projects
Provide support related to the organization’s EMR platform and system integrations
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and IT security policies
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 2 years of IT support or help desk experience
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
Experience with help desk or remote support tools (Intune, ConnectWise, or similar)
Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, IP addressing)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Preferred
Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or A+/similar certifications
Experience in a healthcare or medical office environment
Familiarity with EMR systems and HIPAA compliance
