Entry Level Scientist | Human Factors
Explico is an employee-owned forensic engineering firm dedicated to uncovering the truth through scientific rigor and objective analysis. As an Entry Level Human Factors Scientist, you will perform complex investigations involving perception, behavior, decision-making, and safety systems, while supporting senior engineers and scientists.

Responsibilities
Conduct complex analyses and simulations
Evaluate human performance during events such as vehicle operation, product interaction, and environment interaction
Review case-related materials in the form of photographs, video, physical evidence, testimony, and other descriptive documents
Perform in-office and out-of-office field investigations, including physical inspections of vehicles, roadways, consumer products, and commercial equipment
Conduct literature searches and summaries
Communicate findings in written and oral presentation format both internally and to external clients
Support managing and principal level engineers/scientists by assisting them in preparing for courtroom testimony
Qualification
Required
PhD in Human Factors, Psychology, or related discipline
0-5 years of experience in applied human factors
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
