Responsibilities
Collaborate with scientists and engineers to support AI development for geological data analysis and interpretation
Utilize electronic, sonic, and nuclear instruments to gather and validate resource data across laboratory and exploration environments
Review, annotate, and provide expert feedback on datasets, sample analyses, and operational records
Prepare detailed notes, sketches, geological maps, and cross-sections to support modeling initiatives
Analyze drill cuttings, mud samples, and borehole characteristics such as pressure and temperature
Compile, log, and organize testing and operational data for AI training and evaluation
Participate in virtual surveys and project meetings, sharing technical insights and best practices
Qualification
Required
Strong professional experience as a Geological Technician or related role
Advanced knowledge of laboratory equipment, electronic measuring instruments, and geological testing procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate remotely
Proven ability to compile, interpret, and manage geological data with high accuracy
Experience creating geological maps, sketches, and technical cross-sections
Familiarity with geological, geophysical, geochemical, or exploratory drilling programs
High attention to detail with an interest in supporting AI-driven initiatives
