Lamination Operator (PCB Manufacturing) | 3rd Shift

They are seeking a reliable, motivated Lamination Operator to operate and maintain machines used for manufacturing printed circuit boards, ensuring quality standards and production schedules are met.

Responsibilities
Operate all department equipment, quality checks, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs
Enter jobs into the manufacturing tracking system
Read and interpret shop order to verify that all previous operations were completed, to verify count and to verify quality
Maintain a safe, neat, and organized workplace
Ensure the quality of the panels are meeting the standard of the work order before proceeding the work to the next department
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum 2 years' experience in the printed circuit board industry or any similar manufacturing related industry
Preferred
Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills are essential
Candidates must be able to read and interpret blueprints and understand job specifications
Ability to read, write and communicate in English
Basic computer skills for data entry
Ability to work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed
Able to work in a team environment and willing to cross train in other areas
