Program Financial Analyst

The Program Financial Analyst will analyze proposed process changes, coordinate financial management plans, and ensure compliance with project requirements.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain comprehensive financial management and project plans to support ongoing programs
Coordinate and respond to data calls, ensuring timely and accurate information delivery
Create and sustain databases to track financial and technical data relevant to projects
Assess technical and non-technical items, providing detailed evaluations and recommendations
Respond to funding requests related to labor, materials, shipping, calibration, SCC, OM&S, and other project-specific needs
Assist in the development and tracking of budget forecasts, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
Provide detailed analysis and reporting on program financial status, including TPS updates and budget breakouts in CAT & ERP systems
Collaborate with program office and PJA teams on new funding initiatives and financial documentation
Support process improvement initiatives by analyzing proposed changes and their impacts on project budgets and schedules
Perform other related duties as assigned to support project and organizational objectives
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required
Minimum of 2 to 5 years of professional experience in a management analyst or related role
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access
Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with all levels of personnel and external contacts
Strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment
Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform periodic twisting, bending, and squatting
Must be able to obtain a security clearance at the Secret level; candidates with an active Secret clearance are strongly encouraged to apply
U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility
Preferred
Prior experience supporting NSWC Crane or similar defense projects is highly preferred
