Strong hands-on experience with IBM Sterling Connect:Direct in enterprise or government environments
Proven expertise supporting Windows and Unix/Linux operating systems
Experience with secure file transfer protocols, scheduling, automation, and batch processing
Solid troubleshooting skills across application, OS, and network layers
Experience working in regulated or highly controlled environments
