Responsibilities
Provide on-site deskside support for Lenovo desktops and laptops
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues
Support desktop instrumentation and peripheral devices (printers, monitors, docking stations, keyboards, mice, etc.)
Perform break/fix, component replacement, and system troubleshooting
Escalate issues as needed and document all work performed in the ticketing system
Maintain accurate incident notes and ensure tickets are updated and closed per SLA
Support overnight operational continuity with minimal disruption
Follow established IT procedures, security standards, and safety guidelines
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3+ years of deskside or desktop support experience
Strong hands-on experience with Lenovo desktops and laptops
Experience supporting peripherals and instrumentation devices
Solid Windows OS troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with ITSM / ticketing systems
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Preferred
Experience in enterprise or manufacturing environments
Hardware certifications (CompTIA A+, Lenovo certifications preferred)
Experience with imaging, deployments, and asset tracking
