The Accounting Coordinator will ensure daily revenue transactions are reconciled and accounted for, audit and post AP invoices, and prepare checks with supporting documentation for approval.

Responsibilities
Ensure that accurate and timely recording of daily outlet totals is recorded properly
Input revenues daily into revenue reports, maintain appropriate support documentation, and notify outlets when discrepancies arise
Clear understanding and knowledge to balance daily credit card postings and reconcile settlements
Ensure proper distribution of daily reports in a timely manner and that all accounting reports are properly filed
Compare POs to Invoices and enter into AP system for payment processing after obtaining management approvals
Ensure that all AR supporting documentation is accurate. Prepare and send AR invoices for approval
Keep organized and updated records for vendors
Qualification
Required
Strong computer skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Knowledge with a Hotel Property Management System required
Knowledge of F&B Point of Sales systems
Knowledge working with accounting system
Preferred
College degree in accounting or equivalent work experience preferred
Microsoft Teams experience desirable
Infor experience desirable
Aptech/PVNG experience desirable
BirchStreet experience desirable
