The Regional Director is responsible for overseeing provider and assistant performance, managing relationships with PACE centers, and driving operational excellence in the region.

Build strong relationships with facility leadership (quarterly visits required)
Oversee provider and assistant success and retention
Manage scheduling, dispatch, and emergency coverage
Coordinate with Shared Services and Recruiting
Own customer follow-up, visit execution, and local compliance
Own P&L and cost control initiatives for the region

Required
