Responsibilities
Provide direct operational and client service support across the full trade lifecycle of the Fixed Income and Precious Metal order process
Responsible for the day-to-day support of the trade lifecycle, including order entry exception management, trade adjustments, reconciliation and Precious Metals Operations
Ensure all operational risks are recognized and managed and that internal controls are complete and operating effectively
Qualification
Required
BACHELOR'S DEGREE REQUIRED
General knowledge of financial markets and investment products, specifically Equities, Options, and Fixed Income
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated with a high degree of attention to detail
Ability to adapt in fast paced environment with focus on innovation and flexibility
Efficient time management skills and ability to prioritize competing urgent tasks
Team player with the ability to work effectively in a team or independently
Ability to quickly learn and apply knowledge
Demonstrated relationship building skills with stakeholders, peers, and all levels of management
Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills
Ability to think and act like an owner
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, VBA a plus
