Support and promote a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing workforce
Develop and execute regional strategies to accelerate business growth and operational excellence
Lead succession planning and professional development of key leadership and technical personnel
Drive strong business and financial results within healthcare technology management operations
Build and lead high-impact teams with diverse expertise to exceed client expectations
Serve as the primary executive point of contact for the healthcare system client
Establish and maintain effective governance structures and client relationships
Oversee budget management, financial performance, and resource optimization
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures
Maintain a safe work environment through enforcement of safety programs and continuous improvement initiatives
Assess financial risks and opportunities, communicate outcomes to senior leadership, and implement corrective action plans as needed
Apply working knowledge of cybersecurity challenges and solutions to protect healthcare technology and clinical systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Extensive experience in Healthcare Technology Management within a large healthcare environment
Minimum of 7 years of combined management and functional leadership experience
Strong business acumen with demonstrated budgeting and financial oversight capabilities
Proven ability to lead, coach, and mentor teams at multiple organizational levels
Understanding of cybersecurity risks and protective measures in healthcare settings
