Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
Provide friendly, professional, and timely customer service
Enter, update, and maintain customer information using data entry in computer systems
Respond promptly and professionally to customer via phone, email, text, or chat, providing accurate information
Respond to inquiries, requests, and concerns accurately and courteously, escalating issues when appropriate
Use basic technology tools to support daily customer service functions
Assist customers with general questions ensuring clear communication
Follow established policies, procedures, and service standards to ensure consistency and quality
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Basic to moderate technology skills, including comfort using email, web-based systems, and data entry (advanced technical skills not required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain professional and courteous
Reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn new systems and processes
Preferred
Previous customer service experience preferred but not required; training will be provided
