They are seeking an Inserting Machine Operator responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting inserting equipment to ensure efficient production of mail and print materials.

Responsibilities
Operate, perform routine maintenance on, and occasionally repair inserting equipment to maintain optimal performance and minimize downtime
Monitor equipment performance and proactively address issues to ensure operational excellence
Create service tickets and effectively coordinate with external service vendors as needed
Communicate potential process interruptions, delays, or equipment issues promptly to the Leadership Team
Utilize Management Information Systems (MIS) to accurately capture and report production data
Read and interpret work order specifications to ensure accurate production of all jobs
Compare printed mail pieces against approved audits to verify quality, accuracy, and compliance before shipment
Identify, report, and document any errors, defects, or damaged materials for assessment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, including daily upkeep of equipment and workspace
Qualification
Required
Ability to effectively partner with and train others
Basic knowledge of print, mail, and shipping processes
Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently
Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced production environment
Ability to lift 50–75 lbs of materials as required
Driven to meet and exceed data-driven production and performance metrics
Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for 8 hours per day
