Showroom Assistant

Responsibilities

Answer phones; greet customers when they enter the showroom
Assist customers choose flooring by presenting them with samples and multiple flooring options for their home
Working out the details of measurements and quoting prices to customer
Maintaining inventory, processing sample packets
Follow up on order status, stock checks and price checks
Assisting with quote creations
Responsible for ordering showroom and shipping supplies; maintaining order showroom

Qualification

MS OfficeCRM SoftwareProject Management SoftwareCustomer ServiceOrganizational SkillsCommunication Skills

Required

Proficient in MS Office
An understanding of CRM and Project Management Software systems
Excellent customer service skills or sales background
Great organizational skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
