Responsibilities
Own the full billing and collections lifecycle
Track, manage, and report on AR aging
Apply and reconcile incoming payments
Follow up with clients on outstanding balances
Work closely with attorneys and leadership on billing issues
Supervise and support 1–2 AR coordinators
Identify issues early and keep the operation tight
Qualification
Required
5+ years of law firm billing and/or accounts receivable experience
Strong understanding of billing cycles, collections, and WIP
Comfortable owning a process end to end
Extremely detail-oriented and organized
Able to work onsite in Pasadena, Monday through Friday
Hands-on experience with law firm billing and collections
Managing AR aging and follow-ups
Cash application and payment reconciliation
Working directly with attorneys on billing issues and pre-bills
High-volume invoice environments
Preferred
Experience supervising or informally leading 1–2 staff
