Sr. Analyst, VPC Administrative
Mercedes-Benz USA is responsible for the sales, marketing and service of all Mercedes-Benz and Maybach products in the United States. The Sr. Analyst, VPC Administrative serves as a Human Resource liaison for all VPC employees, coordinating various administrative tasks, billing, and purchasing needs while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
Human Resource liaison for all VPC employees
Coordinate all VPC billing, purchasing and receiving needs as required in accordance with MBUSA policy
Maintain time and attendance records using MBUSA systems in accordance with MBUSA policy and procedures
Create, process and submit all VPC work orders as required
Process invoices for Accounts Payable
Coordinate European Delivery vehicles and ensure all documentation is correctly completed and filed
Provide secretarial and administrative support
Provide customer relations with all vendors supporting the VPC
Provide secretarial and administrative support to the VPC. Provide support to Quality Assurance Admin and other VPC ad hoc related tasks
Coordinate all VPC employees work travel arraignments in accordance with MBUSA travel policy
Ensure adherence to ISO9001 standards
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma (GED) or equivalent work experience
Must have 5 years (total) of experience in Accounting - General Knowledge of internal controls, recording and reporting of financial transactions, including the origination of the transaction, its recognition, processing, and summarization in the financial statements
Must have 5 years (total) of experience in Administration - General Knowledge of administrative procedures, process/project development, and system procedures
Must have 5 years (total) of experience in Purchasing - General Knowledge of acquisition techniques that minimize costs for products or services
Must have 5 years (total) of experience in Quality Assurance - General Knowledge of accounting standards, statistical analysis, precision measurement, and process capability
Must be able to work flexible hours/work schedule
Work Holidays and weekends when required
Maintain active driver's license to occasionally assist in vehicle movement when needed during times of peak volume
