Responsibilities
Design engaging marketing assets for real estate agents, including:
+ Email templates
+ Landing pages
+ Print materials (flyers, postcards, brochures, signage)
+ Social media graphics and campaigns
Design multi-touch campaigns built across coordinated marketing templates
Create scalable, reusable designs optimized for use within proprietary software
Translate brand guidelines into flexible, agent-friendly templates
Work independently to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
Collaborate with product, and Creative teams to align design with business goals
Continuously refine designs based on feedback, performance, and industry trends
Qualification
Required
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe InDesign
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
Working knowledge of Canva, including creating templates for non-designers
Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
Experience designing for both digital and print
Ability to take ownership of projects from concept through execution
A self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Comfortable working both collaboratively and independently
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of organization and consistency
Preferred
Experience designing real estate or marketing content
Familiarity with email design best practices and responsive layouts
Experience designing templates for SaaS or marketing platforms
Understanding of how agents use marketing tools in real-world scenarios
