They are looking to add an Inside Sales/Dispatch Associate to their Best One Vienna team, responsible for interacting with customers, managing service orders, and making tire sales.

Responsibilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and comfortable multi-tasking
Interact with customers both inside and on the phone
Follow a structured sales process
Have working knowledge of our commercial tire brands
Be able to effectively manage open repair/service orders
Proactive follow up with current and previous customers
Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction with the ability to handle customer complaints
Greet service customers, write up their concerns on a work order, dispatch the work to the correct technician
Make tire sales through phone orders for customer pick-up and schedule truck services
Qualification
Required
Experience in the tire industry
The ability to work in a fast paced, customer service oriented environment
The desire to be an integral part of a TEAM
Commitment to being on time
Possess sound judgement and decision making ability
Ability to communicate, verbally and written, clearly and professionally with co-workers and management
Be able to lift 75-100 pounds
