Responsibilities
Perform standard qualitative and quantitative analysis utilizing accepted test methods, including process validation
Utilize standard analytical chemistry techniques
Prepare and document preparations of test solutions and reagents accurately
Maintain accurate laboratory notebooks and review completed data prior to validation of results
Compile and analyze test information to determine operating efficiency and to diagnose malfunctions
Clean and maintain laboratory instruments to guarantee all instruments are in working order
Qualification
Required
Chemist ll experience required
Able to work in the US
GED / High School Diploma
Bachelor's degree in chemistry or related Field
Knowledge of chemical/physical principles, theories, and established methodologies sufficient to perform the full range of duties involved in analytical testing
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, multi-task, prioritize assignments, and plan effectively
Ability to understand and follow SOPs and Quality Procedures
Strong analytical, critical thinking and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
