Responsibilities
Assist machine operators, welders, and technicians with daily production tasks
Load, unload, and move materials, parts, and equipment within the shop or yard
Clean and prepare work areas, tools, and machinery for daily operations
Perform basic assembly, grinding, sanding, or finishing work as directed
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand tools (if certified or trained)
Organize and restock materials, tools, and supplies to maintain efficient workflow
Assist with measuring, cutting, or fitting parts under supervision
Dispose of scrap materials and maintain a clean, safe workspace
Qualification
Required
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Able to pass a background check
Able to work in the US
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work
Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn new skills
Good communication skills and teamwork attitude
Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of shop safety practices
Preferred
Metal Finisher (Grinder) experience preferred
