Responsibilities
Manage daily intake and assignment of all eCommerce Internet leads in Follow Up Boss
Monitor agent activity, lead stages, and response times within FUB
Enforce required workflows, automations, and follow-up standards
Serve as one of the primary points of contact for agents regarding eCommerce leads
Escalate non-compliance or performance issues to leadership
Maintain clean, accurate lead data and recommend process improvements
Qualification
Required
Experience with the internet, referrals, or transaction coordination
2+ years of administrative, real estate, relocation, or customer service experience (real estate industry experience preferred)
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously
Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM systems, specifically Follow Up Boss
Proficiency in Data Analytics/Reporting
Professional, client-focused demeanor with strong problem-solving skills
Preferred
Real estate license (or willingness to obtain)
Knowledge of real estate compliance and transaction processes
