They are seeking motivated individuals to join their team as TurboTax Product Experts, providing customer support for TurboTax products and assisting users with their tax return process.

Responsibilities
Providing exceptional customer service by answering inquiries related to TurboTax products and tax software, including downloading, logging in, basic navigation, importing documents, printing, filing, and addressing simple tax questions
Guiding customers through the software features and troubleshooting common issues to ensure a smooth user experience
Maintaining a professional and empathetic communication style to foster trust and satisfaction among users
Participating in certification training over a three-day period to enhance product knowledge and support skills
Building a flexible work schedule between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday through Sunday, with a minimum commitment of 25 hours per week
Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) for ongoing support and performance improvement
Adhering to company policies and quality standards to deliver consistent and reliable support to all customers
