Responsibilities
Design and develop AI copilots, persona-based agents, and automation workflows
Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt chains, and orchestration logic
Document business logic, process flows, and technical designs
Support integrations between AI agents, enterprise systems, and RPA tools
Contribute to prompt governance, model evaluation, testing, and responsible AI compliance practices
Collaborate with cross-functional technology teams
Qualification
Required
Over 1 year of experience in software development, RPA, or AI/ML engineering
Hands-on exposure to Python, REST APIs, or automation platforms (Automation Anywhere preferred)
Proficient analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred
Preferred
Understanding of Azure AI, OpenAI services, or comparable AI Hyperscalers
Experience working with enterprise systems integrations (ServiceNow, Oracle HR, or similar)
Understanding of prompt engineering, model tuning, and AI workflow orchestration
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and environment management
Proficient collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional teams
