Responsibilities
Assist with formatting and publishing web pages within the CMS
Support consistent design and formatting by following established content and style guidelines
Help implement foundational SEO practices, such as updating metadata, headings, and internal links
Update existing content to meet current standards and improve usability
Participate in team meetings and contribute to planning discussions around upcoming content
Provide general support to the communications and digital production teams as assigned
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree or graduate program or in a short waiting period between undergrad and graduate programs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with publishing and digital content
Interest in state government and legislative work
