Responsibilities
Be analytical, data-driven, research-oriented, and a creative problem solver that can help shape, launch and sustain our coffeehouse productivity strategy
Actively connect the work among engineering and other partners across the enterprise to enable strategic initiatives such as equipment, station and coffeehouse development
Apply simulation, enterprise analytics, and CAD tools to develop optimized solutions that improve performance across the business
Drive cross‑functional teams and ensure business requirements become well‑defined objectives, addressing process, modeling, and operational challenges to keep projects moving forward
Qualification
Required
BS or higher in engineering (industrial, mechanical, electrical engineering) or related technical discipline
Engineering (electrical, mechanical, chemical or industrial) with increasing scope and responsibilities (5+ years)
Technical project execution with demonstrated attention to detail and achieving results without direct supervision (+3 years)
Performance metrics development and root cause analysis 5-8 years
Project management (5+ years)
Supervision, including direct supervision of contractors 1-3 years
