Responsibilities

Manage packaging die lines and concepts that reflect brand identity and appeal to consumers

Create detailed design layouts for product packaging using industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Sketch

Incorporate branding elements, typography, color management, and print specifications into packaging designs

Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure designs meet campaign goals and market positioning

Prepare production-ready files for sign manufacturing and print advertising processes

Approve pre-press documentation from vendors before projects are printed

Maintain consistency in visual design across all packaging materials while adhering to technical specifications like layout design and typesetting

Required

Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing packaging projects

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, CorelDRAW, and InVision

Knowledge of digital art, photo manipulation, color theory, typography, and visual design principles

Strong understanding of printing in color and sub straight outcomes necessary

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Excellent understanding of branding strategies and marketing principles related to packaging design

Preferred

Familiarity with web design languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript for interactive or digital packaging elements is a plus

Experience with box and label manufacturing processes and content management systems (CMS) is advantageous
