Responsibilities
Drive multiple new product development and operational excellence projects from scoping through product launch, following the Phase Gate process
Collaborate closely with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Sales, and the customer throughout the project lifecycle
Develop project charters, work breakdown structures, schedules, and budgets; manage critical path and major workstreams
Regularly report the project status to all internal and external stakeholders outlining progress, achievements, and risks
Report on project status, budget, and risks and recommend project decisions to upper-level management
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks; develop and monitor risk response plans
Support all company initiatives as identified by management and in support of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and other regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical degree
2+ years of relevant experience leading projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to achieve consensus and motivate others without authority
Preferred
Experience working in new product development
Experience with FDA 510(k) process or other regulatory submissions
