Responsibilities

Assist Producers/Senior Producers in day‑to‑day management of high‑profile titles
Support communication between internal teams and external studios
Track submission and milestone workflows; ensure documentation remains accurate and updated
Help coordinate QA, localization, and first‑party submission processes where applicable
Conduct gameplay evaluations for works‑in‑progress builds
Capture video, edit clips, and help prepare materials used in internal reviews
Review marketing materials, player feedback, and community insights
Work closely with Marketing, PR, Community, Legal, and Studio Services
Assist with voice‑over session coordination or talent scheduling when needed
Partner with Product Management and other publishing groups on data instrumentation, budget considerations, or scenario planning

Required

Driven, outgoing, proactive, and communicative
Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple tasks
Ability to take clear, actionable notes during meetings and follow‑up independently
Familiarity with gameplay, especially RPGs, with bonus points for deep Harry Potter or broader fantasy genre knowledge
Comfortable performing gameplay evaluations, capturing feedback, and testing features
Basic knowledge of production tools like Jira or willingness to learn quickly
Detail‑oriented with the ability to maintain documentation and metadata accurately
Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university degree program for the full duration of the internship (proof of enrollment required)
Must be a rising Junior or Senior (18 years or older)
Must be in academic good standing (3.0 or above GPA). A transcript will be required to verify your GPA if an offer is extended
Warner Bros. Discovery will only consider candidates who are presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and who will not require work visa sponsorship from Warner Bros. Discovery now or in the future in order to retain their authorization to work in the United States. Candidates currently on any student or exchange visa, including F-1 CPT, F-1 OPT, J-1, M-1, etc., will not be eligible for the internship program
