Responsibilities

Administer and maintain Citrix XenDesktop/XenApp environments
Manage and troubleshoot enterprise Windows Server infrastructure
Implement updates, patches, and configuration changes
Support end-user connectivity, profile management, and application publishing
Monitor system performance and provide optimization recommendations
Develop and maintain system documentation and SOPs

Required

Active Secret clearance (T-3)
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
5+ years of Citrix and Microsoft Windows Server administration
Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy
Experience with ITIL processes and Service Desk tools

Preferred

Citrix Certified Professional (CCP-V)
Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)
Experience with VMware and SCCM integration
Strong PowerShell scripting skills
